So I have 6 26w and 1 42w CFL lights. All are 2700k.
My question is, should I place the lights randomly around the plant.
Or would grouping the lights together make it more powerful. Like one big single light?

honestly im not sure but, a lot of people have probs with side growth when they only have one main light so what i would suggest is to put the majority at the top and put some lights around the sides for some side lightin. just my 2 cents lets see what every1 else has to say..

if u mean 6 little round lights, i would have 3 grouped above and 3 in a triangle around the sides to provide light from all directions! but thats just me!

You can group these close together and do a sea of green. If you are just growing 1 plant I recommend you place 3 above and the rest at intervals around it.

I got 4 more 27w 6500k now.
Also have a 70w HPS, 4 T12 bulbs, 3 6500k, 1 wide spec., but only a 2bulb fixture.
Try to get another fixture soon, Was thinking bout making 2 seperate grow areas
in the same closet. To have me a perpetual grow
